There are four seasons in Japan - spring, summer, autumn and winter. Also, there are various best season ingredients in Japan. In this class you can learn different recipes in 2 hours for each season. Please feel the beautiful four seasons of Japan through cooking.
The location 'Sakura cook' usually operates a Japanese restaurant for locals, so there is enough space for every participant. However, the class is limited to a small group of up to 14 people, and depends on the number of the participants, one or more instructors will be assigned to the class so that the instructor can pay personalized attention for each participant.

October - December 15th Cooking Menu : Autumn cooking menu  

  • Wagyu Sukiyaki with udon noodle  - Stew the finest beef along with a lot of vegetables and mushrooms. Boil the udon with soup after eating Sukiyaki
  • Seasonal fruits - Enjoy autumn fruit as dessert
After cooking, place the dishes, along with chopsticks and let's say “Itadakimasu”! Please enjoy the meal you made served with the complimentary Japanese tea. Several kinds of alcohol drinks can be offered as an option around 640 JPY per glass upon your request. Sakura cook is conveniently located 1 min from "Hommachi” Station which is the center of Osaka city, and is the midway point of Osaka (Umeda) Station and Namba Station. If you come by subway, please use the exit No.22 of the Hommachi Station.
